Product description

S-type hot gas sol fire extinguishing device (small) is a new environmental protection fire fighting product with the world's advanced level, providing the most lightweight and economical fire extinguishing solution. The shell of the fire extinguishing device is a durable sealed stainless steel cylinder, which is not pressurized inside and can withstand harsh external environment such as extreme temperature and corrosion. When a fire occurs, it can automatically release micron particles and inert gases to quickly extinguish the fire, and the dosage of medicine used is much lower than that of traditional fire extinguishing devices. The electric starting mode can be selected and integrated in various automatic fire detection alarm and linkage control systems; Or choose the hot start mode, no external power supply independent work. Product use does not require pipe network, installation is extremely simple. Strong and durable shape design, basically no maintenance, reducing operating costs. No harmful residue will be produced after spraying, and cleaning is convenient, reducing the downtime caused by fire.

 

Working principle

Starting method of thermal wire: When the ambient temperature reaches the starting temperature of thermal wire or contact with open fire, the thermal wire will spontaneously ignite and pass to the hot sol fire extinguishing device, and after the hot sol fire extinguishing device receives the starting signal, the internal fire extinguishing agent will be activated, and the hot sol fire extinguishing gas will be quickly produced and emitted to quickly extinguish the fire.

Electrical starting mode: the fire alarm controller or gas fire extinguishing controller detects the fire signal, when the fire is detected, the output start signal to the hot sol fire extinguishing device, the hot sol fire extinguishing device receives the start signal, the internal fire extinguishing agent will be activated, the hot sol fire extinguishing device quickly produces fire extinguishing gas and ews out, for rapid fire extinguishing.

Impact starting mode: When the ambient temperature reaches the dissolution temperature of fusible metal or fire glass ball blasting temperature, fusible metal dissolution or fire glass ball blasting, release the thimble to hit the generator, the generator generates electrical energy to start the fire extinguishing device, the fire extinguishing device quickly produces fire extinguishing gas and eject, and quickly extinguish the fire.
