Non-pressurized Ultra-fine Dry Powder Fire Extinguishing System (Wind Power Special)

PRODUCT DETAILS

Overview:
The system uses a new type of driving agent (solid-to-gas conversion), which outperforms the gas-based driving agents used in other similar products. It features low noise, minimal recoil, and long duration. Moreover, when activated, it will not cause secondary damage to the protected objects or buildings. The system employs a small nozzle and powder-dispersion plate structure, fully leveraging the highly efficient fire suppression performance of the ultra-fine dry powder agent. This makes it an ideal next-generation automatic fire suppression product, especially for wind power applications.

Working Principle:
When the activation signal (automatic or manual) is received, the initiator ignites the gas-producing agent. The agent is activated, rapidly generating gas. The gas quickly expands inside the casing, increasing internal pressure. Once the pressure reaches a certain level, the gas mixes thoroughly with the ultra-fine dry powder. This causes the aluminum membrane of the nozzle to rupture, and the ultra-fine dry powder is rapidly ejected into the protected area, quickly spreading in all directions. This forms a fully submerged mist-like fire suppression state. The flames are extinguished through the combined physical and chemical effects of the ultra-fine dry powder fire extinguishing agent.
